“Netsage and Roadside Assistance” presented by EPOC.

Netsage https://netsage.global is a tool that can be used to track connection information for traffic that transits through SoX.  A typical use is tracking down large researcher flows to see where data is being moved onto and off of your campus network.

EPOC roadside assistance is available to help troubleshoot performance issues for researcher traffic.  This service brings real world experience of problems solved.  By combining efforts with staff at SoX and staff at participant campuses, we can maximize the performance to improve researcher transfers.
